The Austrian tourmanagers introduce themselves
We as tourmanagers accompany and look after participants on organized trips and ensure that their journey and stay at the holiday destination is problem-free and pleasant. We help planning e.g. the travel routes, the sightseeing program as well as transport and overnight accommodation options.
During the course of the trip, we welcome the guests, inform them about the itinerary, monitor the allocation of rooms and inform them about sights worth visiting, events and program changes. We also help organize tickets for cultural or sporting events, such as theater performances, concerts or football games, and book tours with local tour guides.
We also help with organizational deficiencies or problems, e.g. errors when booking a room, loss of luggage, theft or illness. If necessary, we translate for the trip participants.
